Nutcracker is an albino Psilocybe cubensis variety associated with the True Albino Teacher line.
The Nutcracker grow kit combines vigorous mycelial development with slowly maturing fruiting bodies and a morphology that differs clearly from classic cubensis forms.

About Nutcracker
The exact pedigree of Nutcracker has not been fully documented. According to the account most often repeated within the mycological community, the variety was selected by a breeder known as Myco Clay from True Albino Teacher genetics. Selection focused on stabilising the albino phenotype together with irregular fruiting-body forms. The line is also noted for the ornamental way its mycelium develops and for relatively rapid colonisation of the substrate, which contrasts with the slower formation and maturation of the fruiting bodies.
Morphology
Structure and appearance of Nutcracker
The fruiting bodies can reach a considerable size and often develop twisted or irregular shapes. They have pale, substantial stems and bluish caps with slightly upturned edges. Their proportions and colouration set them apart from more conventional Psilocybe cubensis lines. The combination of albino traits, blue-toned caps and variable forms gives Nutcracker a distinctive profile within the wider True Albino Teacher family.

Development
Development profile of Nutcracker
Nutcracker matures relatively slowly and does not release spores in the usual way. Maturity is assessed mainly through changes in the consistency of the stem, which becomes noticeably softer as development progresses. The caps retain their characteristic bluish colour and slightly upturned edges. Because the mycelium may develop more quickly than the fruiting bodies, the line presents a clear contrast between early colonisation and later morphological change.
In short
Why choose Nutcracker?
The Nutcracker grow kit presents an albino Psilocybe cubensis line associated with True Albino Teacher genetics. Its vigorous mycelial development, substantial pale stems, bluish caps and slow maturation create a useful point of comparison with both classic cubensis varieties and other albino selections.
