Privacy Policy

§1 [GENERAL PROVISIONS]

  1. This document defines the Privacy Policy of the Mykolaborian store, which in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the Service by the User.
  2. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral appendix to the Terms and Conditions.

§2 [DEFINITIONS]

The terms used in this document shall mean:

  1. Administrator – Myko Piotr Kwiatkowski, ul. Warszawska 196, 05-092 Łomianki, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 772-226-88-04,
  2. Service – the website available at https://www.mykolab.eu and all its subpages,
  3. Parties – the Administrator and the User,
  4. User – a natural person who uses the Service and provides personal data within it.

§3 [PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION]

  1. The Administrator is the controller of personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
  2. The Administrator processes data within the scope, time, and purposes specified each time in the content made available under the forms used to collect personal data from the User.
  3. Personal data shall be transferred only to trusted subcontractors of the Administrator, i.e. IT service providers, the accounting company, and administration entities.

§4 [USER RIGHTS]

  1. In the event of changes to personal data, the User should update them by sending an appropriate message to the Administrator.
  2. The User has the right to request access to the content of their personal data, rectification, deletion, and restriction of processing. Furthermore, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  4. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to consent to data processing makes it impossible to use the Service.
  5. The Administrator may refuse to delete the User’s personal data if retaining the personal data is necessary due to an obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.

§5 [TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION]

  1. The Administrator uses all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the User’s personal data and protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure, or access. Information is stored and processed on highly secured servers using appropriate security measures compliant with Polish law.
  2. The Administrator undertakes to store backup copies containing the User’s personal data.
  3. Entrusted data is stored on top-class hardware and servers in appropriately secured data centers accessible only to authorized persons.
  4. The Administrator performs activities related to the processing of personal data in compliance with all legal and technical requirements imposed by personal data protection regulations.

§6 [COOKIES POLICY]

  1. For the convenience of Users, the Service uses cookies, among others, to adapt the service to Users’ needs and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by a website visited by the User to the User’s device.
  2. The Service uses two types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies.” Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the browser software. Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the User.
  3. The following types of cookies are used within the Service:

a. “essential” – enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g. used for user authentication,

b. “security” – used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuse in the use of the Service,

c. “performance” – enabling the collection of information about how the Service is used,

d. “functional” – enabling the Service to remember User-selected settings and personalize the User interface, e.g. language, region, font size, or website appearance.


§7 [LOGS]

  1. In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server (server logs). Therefore, we store:

a. IP addresses from which Users browse the informational content of our Service;

b. request arrival time,

c. response sending time,

d. client station name – identification carried out via the HTTP protocol,

e. information about errors occurring during HTTP transaction processing,

f. URL address of the page previously visited by the User (referer link),

g. information about the User’s browser.

  1. Data collected in log files is used solely for the purpose of administering the Service.
  2. Collected logs are stored for an indefinite period as auxiliary material used for administering the Service. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone except persons authorized to administer the Service. Statistical summaries may be generated based on log files to assist in administration. Such aggregate summaries do not contain any identifying features of Service visitors.

§8 [CONTACT]

  1. The User may contact the Administrator at any time to obtain information about whether and how the Administrator uses their personal data.
  2. The User may also request the Administrator to delete all or part of their personal data.
